We believe you will find Calvary to be a friendly, family oriented church, where members genuinely care for each other. We want to help each other spiritually, emotionally, and physically — carrying each other’s burdens when those burdens become too heavy to carry alone.
If you visit with us during one of our regular services, please let us take the time to get acquainted. After almost every service, you will find many of our church family hanging around for quite a while talking, playing, and encouraging each other — we would love to take some of that time to talk with you.
We believe our programs are means to an end, not an end in themselves. We work hard to structure our ministries to support families and parents, not supplant them. Our parents are encouraged to choose for themselves the best opportunities for their families.
We believe that unity within our church does not mean that we are all rubber stamps of each other — God made us individuals so we can each uniquely glorify Him. So, we work to maintain a spirit of unity with the aid of the Holy Spirit and based on God’s Word. There are fundamental truths upon which we agree — but there other issues where we might not agree. It is important for us to err on the side of grace for those other issues, remembering each of us is accountable to God for our attitudes and treatment of each other as well as our beliefs.
